Return Policy
Boat Shades and Harbor Shades provided by LaPorte Products are allowed fifteen (15) days for exchange and five (5) days for a return. All shade deals are final after the above time period. All custom products such as Ultimate Boat Shade Kits are excluded and subjected to a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping cost is the purchaser’s responsibility unless an error was made by the manufacturer. It is recommended that insurance be purchased for returns in case of loss by carrier.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
The purchaser of the product must contact LaPorte’s Products, Inc. to obtain authorization to return the product. The resulting RMA number must be displayed on the returned package. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number displayed on the package.
Boat Shades and Harbor Shades provided by LaPorte Products are allowed (15) days for exchange and five (5) days for a return. All shade deals are final after the above time period. Custom items such as an Ultimate Boat Shade Kit are excluded from this and subjected to a 30% restocking fee.
